Selects the signaling transmit mode while operating in emergency mode for the Emergency Talkback Revert Talkgroup. This selection applies for the current Trunking Personality.
"Digital" is only accessed when the Protocol Type field is set to "Type II", and
the Type II Frequency Band is not "900 MHz".
